With a mother and father who were Ballroom and Latin dance champions and then teachers I was introduced to dancing from I was 3 years old. Progressing into Disco and soul when I was in my teens.
In 1978 becoming the Disco and soul dancing champion of Ireland. Ending up as a finalist in the E.M.I world dancing championships.
In 1978/79 I was an honoury member of Wigan Casino.
The music followed me through to open "Darcies Motown and Soul bar" in Benalmadena in 2018.
Sin joined by Jacqueline who I is now my wife and between us we have built Darcies up into what it is today.
With over 20 thousand followers and many regular visitors and a reputation that precedes us. We have a Moto, "Enter as a customer and leave as a friend," and we strive to fulfil this.
